Exchanges are processed based on return tracking events so we recommend sending each order back separately with its respective return label.

INSTANT REFUNDS: 

We recommend sending each instant refund return back separately with its respective return label. This will avoid the refund being reversed if there are no tracking events within 7 days.

You’re welcome to include multiple standard refund and gift card returns in one parcel. Be sure to book all items for return here and include a copy of each order number.
