CAN I RETURN MY IN-STORE PURCHASE ONLINE?
Yes! You can book a return online here with the order number found at the bottom of the receipt and the email address provided at checkout. Once booked, a pre-paid return label will be provided to post the return.
CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD IN-STORE?
You can use your Princess Polly gift card both in-store and online, just present the 16-digit code at checkout.
ARE ALL STYLES AVAILABLE IN-STORE?
While not all styles are available in store, we stock our best-sellers, lower-impact basics and have new arrivals weekly!
