Once an instant refund is booked, you'll have 7 days to ship your return parcel with the provided return label before the refund is reversed by Refundid. 

If your return parcel has been dropped into a post box but hasn't received a tracking scan, our team will issue a refund upon arrival.

If you're yet to ship back your return parcel, it can be posted within 30 days, and a refund will be issued upon arrival. 

Please note that a refund will only be issued if all items meet our return criteria.
