Refundid is a third-party company offering instant refunds for Australia-based customers.

Refunds are issued to your nominated bank account within 60 seconds of being booked here.

Once booked, you have 7 days to lodge the return at the post office before the refund is reversed by Refundid.

Refundid is not eligible on exchange orders or purchases made using a gift card.

Refundid can be used when your order was originally purchased with a credit card, Afterpay or Klarna.
