I MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?Updated 14 days ago

EXPRESS & STANDARD DELIVERY

Keep an eye on the tracking over the next 24 hours, in case it's redirected to the post office for collection. 

A redirection isn't possible in transit, but if the parcel is returned to Princess Polly, we'll be in touch via email with next steps.

SATURDAY & SAME DAY DELIVERY 

If customers miss the delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery the following business day. Reach out to us here if you have somewhere specific you'd like the parcel to be left.

Please also ensure business addresses are open between the delivery timeframe of:

1pm - 7pm - Same Day Delivery (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast) & Saturday Delivery

6pm - 9pm - Same Day Delivery (Sydney & Melbourne)

The courier can't take parcels to the post office and will return the parcel to Princess Polly after two failed delivery attempts.

If the address is correct upon return, the parcel will be reshipped with Express. 

If the address is incorrect, a full refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. All updates will be sent via email.
